  1. I just bought one of these sets and I love it, but I need one more piece. I would like to purchase one additional seat module, either stationary (box 5) or non-motorized recliner (box 3). Costco only sells in sets, and I called the 800 number for the vendor and they only sell in complete sets and do not dell directly to the public. Does anyone know where I can purchase an additional seat?

    • Did you ever find the extra parts for the sectional?if so, where? I baught it and want to add to it too. Thanks

      • no luck. I tried the distributor, and they won’t either sell individual pieces or sell directly to the public. They refused to give me the address of the plant in China as well.

  2. My wife and I have tried to get our hands on this sectional for 3 weeks, and have been checking with 5 stores within a 70 mile radius of us. Each of those stores has had this item, but have quickly sold out of all of their stock except the display (which I certainly don’t want, considering how some clueless parents allow their children to jump and climb on store furniture displays). Costco’s inventory management and product tracking between distribution centers and warehouses, is nothing short of ludicrous. Not a single store was able to identify when a shipment was expected, and none would accept prepayment (which makes no sense to me; it’s a guaranteed sale!). I work for an inventory solutions software company, and this lack of oversight and control makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Now we are being told, that warehouse stores may not even receive any more inventory, so they can start stocking Spring and Summer items.

    • I just checked and some Costco’s will be carrying this sectional again at the end of May. Mine said an arrival date of 5/28/18. Not all Costco’s will carry it. My main one isn’t but another in the PDX metro area is.
