Nordic Wave Reversible Grill/Griddle is made of cast aluminum that has been well known as the material of choice for even temperatures, controlled cooking and durability. It has two premium non-stick surfaces: flat side for cooking pancakes, eggs etc. and grill side for grilling meats, fishes and vegetables.
Made in USA and with dimensions of 16.75” L x 11.63’ W, this Nordic Wave Reversible Grill/Griddle spans two burners. It is recommended for gas, ceramic, grill and electric surfaces and safe for use up to 450F.
Use and Care Instructions
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
- Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
- Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective cooking properties and prevent damage
to the griddle and stove. - Safe for use up to 232′ C / 450″ F. Glass top stoves are especially susceptible to damage from an overheated griddle.
- Never leave griddle on a hot surface unattended.
- Alwasy use adequate ventilation when cooking
- While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve cooking performance and taste of food.
- Do not use metal scoring pads, abrasive cleaners or sharp cooking utensils; they will scratch the nonstick coating
