The recall item is 72″ Stainless Steel Tool Chests, Whalen item number WSMTB72 and Costco item #496675, which is sold exclusively by Costco Wholesale Corp. from March 2010 through October 2013 for between $500 and $550.
This is a safety recall due to a laceration hazard posed by the metal stopper or flange inside of the right door with a sharp edge running the length of the door.
